From fencing materials and heavy concrete products to sheds and summerhouses, our own local team delivers directly from the Dodds sawmill in Stockton-on-Tees.
Delivery Charges
We offer free local delivery on all orders of £99 or more within our local TS postcode delivery area.
Our delivery service is only available to locations within the TS postcode area.
For orders below £99, an £8.95 local delivery charge applies. The minimum total order value, including delivery, is £30.

Delivered By Dodds
Dodds Fencing & Sheds provides a fast local delivery service for fencing materials, fence panels, concrete fence posts, gravel boards, garden sheds and summerhouses across Teesside and surrounding areas.
We regularly deliver to homes and businesses in towns including Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Billingham, Redcar, Yarm, Ingleby Barwick, Guisborough and Kirklevington.
Your order is delivered by our local team from our Stockton-on-Tees sawmill.
Need Materials Quickly?
We keep large stocks of fencing materials, concrete posts, gravel boards, timber and garden products at our Stockton-on-Tees yard.
Many local deliveries can be arranged quickly depending on stock availability and delivery workload.
Delivery slots fill quickly during busy spring and summer periods, so ordering early is recommended.

Deliveries are available Monday to Friday.
Morning Deliveries
Morning deliveries normally occur between:
9:00am – 11:45am
Afternoon Deliveries
Afternoon deliveries normally occur between:
1:00pm – 4:00pm
Fencing Materials Delivery Requirements
If access to your delivery address is restricted, please let us know when placing your order.
This is especially important for heavy items including concrete fence posts, concrete gravel boards, fence panels, sleepers and large timber products.
Our delivery service is a delivery-only service.
Delivery drivers are responsible for unloading goods safely beside, or close to, the delivery vehicle on suitable hard ground.
Delivery staff are not employed or insured to carry fencing materials through properties, into rear gardens, over walls, through houses, or into final installation positions.
Moving materials beyond the delivery point and into the required installation location is the responsibility of the customer or their installer.
Do You Have To Be In When We Deliver?
Not necessarily, if you are happy for us to leave the goods.
Once the goods have been delivered to your premises, responsibility for them passes to you.
Garden Building Delivery & Installation Requirements
The customer must ensure that the proposed building location is both firm and level, of a concrete or paved base construction, and must be no less than the size of the proposed building.
A solid foundation will not only give great support to your garden building but will also increase its lifespan.
For smaller timber buildings, the use of 3" x 1 1/2" / 75 x 38mm pressure-treated timber floor bearers at 18" to 2' centres on solid and level ground may be suitable.
Access For Sheds & Summerhouses
The proposed position of your garden building should be free from obstructions and impediments such as tree branches and plants.
As most sections are too large to be passed through a front door or garage, the location must have good and unrestricted access to allow the easy transfer of larger building sections.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure full access is available for all building sections. Restricted access may result in failed delivery or installation charges.
Failed Installations
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange an appropriate base for the building.
If the base is unprepared or inadequate for your purchased building, and installation has not been cancelled prior to delivery, the building will be left with the customer for self-assembly at a later date.
A return visit for installation can usually be arranged once the issue has been resolved; however, an additional installation charge may apply.
Shed Base Installations
Dodds can put you in contact with one of our approved shed base installers if required.
The recommended installers have all been carefully selected and are highly experienced professionals.
Please note that the approved installers will only install a base once an order has been placed with Dodds for a garden shed or summerhouse. They are unable to install bases for sheds not purchased from Dodds.
