All display buildings are available for free express delivery across the Teesside area and can be viewed at our Stockton-on-Tees Sawmill Display.

Important: All sizes shown are floor sizes. Allow for approximately 9 inches of roof overhang around the building.

Apex or pent roof styles are available. Prices include local delivery, VAT and installation.

Our shiplap tongue-and-groove tool and bike stores use quality redwood cladding with substantial framing, timber floors and roofs, and heavy-duty polyester roofing felt. Customers should confirm the preferred roof style and the door position when ordering.

Customers must provide a solid, level base and clear access for delivery and installation.
