Shiplap Tongue and Groove sheds have 12mm thick Redwood wall cladding. The floor and roof are made from tongue-and-groove Redwood timber. The T&G sheds have framing that is dressed measuring approximately 38mm x 47mm.
We do not use inferior sheet materials as they do not last as long as real timber and as standard the sheds have heavy duty polyester roofing felt.
Floor joists are normally spaced at 12″ apart. The Shiplap T&G sheds have a high quality treatment. For Shiplap timber Shed cladding, always look to use a red wood pine rather than the cheaper white wood spruce as it is less susceptible to knots falling out and therefore gives a better finish.
We are Teesside's leading outdoor garden building manufacturer with a clear aim of making purchasing garden buildings as easy as possible. We work directly with our suppliers to bring you the best materials at the best prices. All sheds and garden building are manufactured and constructed at our onsite sawmill ensuring quality is kept to an exceptional standard.
