- Sizing: Dimensions shown are floor sizes. Please allow an extra 6" for roof overhang.
- Base Setup: A completely flat, solid, level base must be ready before our team arrives.
- Height & Width Clearance: Larger sheds require a minimum of 96" (8ft) height clearance and wide paths from the vehicle to your garden.
- Obstructions: Please call us before ordering if your route has tight side passages, low gates, pergolas, overhanging trees or walls. Failed deliveries due to restricted access may face handling charges.

• High quality solvent based preservative with wax additive that gives an outstanding water repellency
• A water based green treatment is available with superb water repellency
• All windows are glazed using horticultural glass
• All floors and roofs are built to last as they are made from T&G redwood timber
Ship Lap Tongue and Groove sheds are made from 12mm thick Redwood cladding including the floor and roof. The T&G sheds have framing that is dressed measuring approximately 38mm x 51mm. We do not use inferior sheet materials as they do not last as long as real timber.
As standard the sheds have heavy duty polyester roofing felt, fixed 2×2 windows and a door that is 28″ wide and can be made up to 36″ wide by request at no extra cost. Customers must confirm roof style along with window and door locations when ordering garden buildings.
Floor joists are normally spaced at 12″ apart. The Ship Lap T&G sheds have a high quality spirit based treatment and are available in a golden or light oak colour. For Ship Lap timber Shed cladding, always look to use a red wood pine rather than the cheaper white wood spruce as it is less susceptible to knots falling out and therefore gives a better finish.
